Pros

Company: Lead by a passionate executive leadership team, focused on transparent communication, long-term vision, and building innovative solutions to market problems. Kudelski has a clear mission and is showing strides towards turning that mission into action. EMEA brand recognition is high and is gaining traction in the US market as well. Company has planned for future expansion by investing in strengthening its channel partnerships, aligning product management to better suit internal and external clients, and searching for creative ways to bring solutions to the table. Employment: Work-life balance has been ideal. Work hard during the day, but leave work concerns at the door at the end of the day. Managers are very understanding of personal obligations and responsibilities and willing to work with you. On first day, your manager will work with you to outline goals for your first 30 days, first quarter, and first 6 months. Managers open to consistent communication and to providing feedback to help you succeed. Executive team is very open to personal development and training.

Cons

Distributed teams - both across the US and around the world - bring communication and coordination challenges. These are being targeted by an increased emphasis on quality product management. Communication, in particular, has been a major focus in my time here and I can only see it improving.
