Employment: Work-life balance has been ideal. Work hard during the day, but leave work concerns at the door at the end of the day. Managers are very understanding of personal obligations and responsibilities and willing to work with you. Cons
Distributed teams - both across the US and around the world - bring communication and coordination challenges. These are being targeted by an increased emphasis on quality product management. Communication, in particular, has been a major focus in my time here and I can only see it improving.
