Pros
Kubicle is a great company to work for. I spent a year and half there and it was one of the best experiences I have had whilst working for a company. From my peers to the senior leadership team, the culture at Kubicle is brilliant. I cannot speak highly enough of the opportunities and learning I developed in my time at Kubicle. I would encourage anybody who has the chance to work here to do so. At Kubicle I built relationships for life and I am very grateful for my time there. It's also an awesome product which is used by some of the largest firms in the world.
Cons
It's a very fast growing company so naturally there's a couple of growth pains but nothing alarming, only natural part of growth. If you're coming from a huge company and you love processes and a linear approach to your day to day, Kubicle probably is not for you. If you like a super agile environment where every day presents something different, then Kubicle is the perfect place for you.
