Pros
Spacious building (though going up and down with small kids is an issue and some rooms are rather small) There are some good and talented teachers- though there's too much pressure on updating daily blogs and activities with pictures, so there's no time for socializing nor exchanging teaching tips with anyone!
Cons
The director/owner's behaviour was odd and rude once I gave them my notice, while it had not been so while I was on their 'good books'. Salary is not great nor the most competitive in the market, and the work load is just too much, and I am a hard worker. They don't pay you for the months of the summer holidays, you have to come up with an innovative, fun and creative workshop that the kids may want to attend and they pay you according to how many kids enroll. Needless it is to say this does not encourage good relations between colleagues/direct competitors... HUUUUGE rotation. Not many teachers stay past a few months, especially for the lower grades. There's more emphasis in you taking pictures of the kids at all times and posting them on the parents/school board daily than in the activities you do. Not a school I would send my child to nor one I can actually teach content.
