Good for a fresher in Microsoft platform

When you join Kryptos you will realize what is going on within a month. There will be more politics for giving opportunities to a employee. Single person will handle more than 2 projects at a time and other person won't get any thing to work just only for training. Manager doesn't seem to know how to utilize the resources, Company will give high package to people who is not working , it's like just coming , sitting and taking training's. Manager is not having good relation with all the employees. There won't be any benefits but they will ask you to work 24/7. No appreciation just chastise . You won't get the increment if you even work for more than a year. If you are not interested in Microsoft don't even try for this company, it won't be good for your future and career.

Gud facility,good resource,good training, manageable,project availability,so many projects to work on

internal politics,lack of professionalism,no encouragement,no one is ready to take responsibility,less employee but more project ,so i person is handling more than 2 project.technical team is having less memebers than sales team so more projects are coming but less technical people.so either increase the poor salary or hire more
