Ongoing OSHA violations the owner doesn’t want to address because of cost, unqualified management, no training program, no HR for the company, blatant racism and discrimination against non-Republicans and those with disabilities. Upper management screams at people at least 3-4 times a week- CEO threatens to fire people in front of the whole company. 2 weeks of vacation that accumulates BY the END of the year in which you started. CEO tried to disguise a COLA as a raise- and stated no one will get pay increases despite performance, even if their title advances. Very unhinged. Turnover is nearly 100% of operations staff yearly. No clear vision of the future- company will most likely go under again unless bought out for a second time when other biorepositories open. Of note: CEO has been Chance White since 2016, not Doug Baker.
