My experience working at Krka was unfortunately very disappointing. The leadership is poor, and employees often feel undervalued, regardless of their performance. Salaries are low, and bonuses are extremely difficult to achieve. Even when targets are met, bonus payments can take months to arrive. The overall organization of the company is weak, which creates unnecessary stress and frustration. Internal processes are unclear, and communication is often insufficient. Interpersonal relationships are not the strongest, and there is a sense of continuous pressure within the workplace. Because of these issues, I would not recommend Krka as an employer.
