      Pros

      Lots of company events that one's family is allowed to attend. It's a great company for advisors. The culture sounds great in theory.

      Cons

      Terrible communication and tech stack. No training offered for new employees. It was well known that a certain advisor was abusive to his assistants but no one did anything to stop it. The firm was known to be quick to fire people suddenly.

      Pros

      They had a formal internship process which allowed me to learn about multiple departments of the financial industry. Learned what a day-to-day process looks like being a financial advisor.

      Cons

      It was only a few days a week.
