      If you are satisfied with the current business plan, then you will be fine. They are solidly behind the core business, geographically and strategically.

      Cons

      The company is very reluctant to expand, and are not supportive of those areas not within their historic startup areas.

      Pros

      Decent training on product knowledge, and services. Good sales training one on one, and role playing. I really just don't have anything more I can say.

      Cons

      Typical in home sales. Travel to leads requires a lot of miles on your vehicle. Working evenings and Saturdays is required.
