      There might be some flexibility if you are seeing clients.

      Cons

      The company lacks training employees, very disorganized company. No mentoring, poor communication. There car allowance is not very good compared to other companies. Heavy micromanagement on tasks. If you don't do it exactly correct the manager will belittle you.

      Decent pay, good benefits, friendly people.

      Cons

      Was told multiple times by executive leadership that I am "being paid in experience". They do not take young professionals seriously, but expect them to go above and beyond the job description.
