Pros
Nice office, some job positions are able to work remotely, and free sodas.
Cons
Clique-ish, poor opportunity for advancement, and available vacation times are blocked off six months of the year while still having to compete with other employees to get vacation time approved so it is even less. Employees usually do not stay with the company long and pursue other opportunities (over half my department left before I finally did).
The company culture is horrible; one employee pillaged my cubical the first week she started working there (just like Office Space's "That's my red stapler"), another kicked me when i was on ground and on two separate occasions kicked my chair hard and deliberate while working, both of whom still work for the company.
