Pros
The local staff in Virginia was a joy to work with. The staff at HQ in Colorado was fine as long as you didn't present new ideas, challenge the status quo, or request your humanity to be considered.
Cons
They are racist (unless you follow stereotypes), hate people who like to learn or make changes, and use retaliation if you confront them with concerns or issues with management. And don't even think about trying to find a mentor in a different area. They are not champions of personal growth in any way.
