KBI is the DIAMOND in the High Country Construction Industry - Construction Foreman Kramer Built Employee Review

Can't find or keep enough employees. I'm a working foreman which should be self explanatory. Using personal truck, many miles driven for jobsite, but no compensation except occasionally allowed to get gas at local station on KBI's acct. No funds for tires, oil, extended warranty, insurance, wear and tear on all truck parts. Higher miles on my truck means a reduced value. I have driven 53,000 miles in 24 months.
