Leadership does not take accountability for issues or conflicts that arise within projects, which further exacerbates the lack of cohesion. Job expectations are poorly defined, and when clarification is sought, managers often appear uncertain about the specifics of the role. Additionally, while bonuses are initially promised as part of the compensation package, it becomes evident that the organization is facing financial challenges, and bonuses are not delivered as expected.
