      Clarity of work roles; No extraordinary talents are pre-requisites for ward works; Situated nearby to my residence; Making easy commuting; Initial introduction was easy

      No guarantees of duty continuity; Clear wording of work distribution was exempted; Nursing personnel require curating for doctor - nurse interactions (good and bad alike); Following ups are not always on cues; Handovers aren't on time often; Investigations are delayed at times to several days
