I was so sad to see this review. We work incredibly hard to foster an environment of support, respect, and transparency in our team, quite the opposite to what’s been described here. For others reading, here’s a few facts: 1. Promotions and stock options are available for all permanent team members at all levels, with a clear and transparent progression structure 2. We invest a lot in training and development of staff, including formal external training, coaching, frequent team training sessions and a free book scheme 3. We care VERY deeply about nannies and families. Most people joined the team specifically because of our mission to help families. I have never heard anyone in the team speak disrespectfully about either a nanny or a family We are very proud of our culture and the tech we’re building. If any of the above wasn’t clear to the reviewer when they were contracting with us then I’m truly sorry.
