Pros
Company is really good, there's no micro management, has flexibility, no concerns for the emergency leaves, management is really supportive there is no politics they literally fired a Director when he caught guilty.
Cons
I had a conversation with the employee here who was working for 2-3 years but 95% employee I met was not satisfied with the salary increment part. No matter what you do for the company they'll offer you hardly 10% increment that's what I got to hear. Also my reporting Manager was unresponsive when I was in the emergency need of money.
