      Destaco o bom relacionamento entre as áreas e o clima de cooperatividade da empresa como sendo o ponto alto de trabalhar na Korn Ferry. Todos se ajudam de forma a entregar o melhor para o cliente.

      Cons

      Falta de um plano de carreira definido e de horário de trabalho pré determinado, trabalha-se muito e não temos contabilidade de hora extra ou banco de horas.

      Pros

      I am a consultant through a firm acquired by Korn Ferry and have had a great experience with both the firm (Salo) and with Korn Ferry as a parent company. Great to have benefits and PTO as a consultant and great training and resources available - good communication as well!

      Cons

      Transitional period during acquisition had a few bumps but nothing major and all ironed out as more time has gone on.

      Pros

      This is an RPO with many clients. It all depends on who you work with. I enjoy team. Very collaborative and supportive team and management.

      Cons

      Workload is insane. Bi-monthly pay.
