      Pros

      Korn/Ferry is a well-recognized and strong brand in the marketplace. The talent here is the best in the industry and the people are wonderful. Partners and senior management are more than willing to offer mentorship and support if you are willing to seek it.

      Cons

      We are a client service business and that means being client-focused, driven and accessible 24 hours a day/7 days a well. Work/life balance is a challenge to achieve here, but it can be done.

      Pros

      I am a consultant through a firm acquired by Korn Ferry and have had a great experience with both the firm (Salo) and with Korn Ferry as a parent company. Great to have benefits and PTO as a consultant and great training and resources available - good communication as well!

      Cons

      Transitional period during acquisition had a few bumps but nothing major and all ironed out as more time has gone on.

      Pros

      This is an RPO with many clients. It all depends on who you work with. I enjoy team. Very collaborative and supportive team and management.

      Cons

      Workload is insane. Bi-monthly pay.
