      - Beautiful office - New equipement - Great cantina

      Cons

      I noticed the atmosphere at the IT department was very negative. Yelling and cursing against colleagues and suppliers. Other colleague were not sure how to respond and are avoiding these situations. Therefor its a toxic culture to work in.

      Pros

      Excellent benefits, work life balance, great company culture. This is the first time I've felt like the company I'm working at genuinely cares about the people working there

      Cons

      Some territories are harder than others. Lots of travel. Lots of travel Pay is slightly lower than other similar positions but IMO benefits and work life balance make up for it
