      All but very top management are top notch. Pay is good.

      Cons

      Madison senior management sucks. No decisions made, or very poor decision making process. Out of touch, poor communication, no strategic planning.

      Poor organization, poor asset management, corporate & higher management extremely disconnected i.e. makes decisions in a bubble and does not properly identify and utilize talents of their employees.
