There are no good aspects to this company. I would never recommend anyone go here.
Cons
Management pretends that the company cares about the kids but in the end all they ever focus on is how many patients can we see and how much money can we make. The patients end up being the ones who lose. If I knew what I know now, I never would have started working here. I'll be leaving as soon as I possibly can.
