Great employer in many aspects - Technical Support Engineer Kontent.ai Employee Review

I have only been with Kontent US for a short time, but I came from a job where I felt isolated and discouraged all the time, and from my first day at Kontent I have felt like I have support from my managers and my team as well as room to be able to grow and improve myself. Kontent US is in a period of growth and change as they work to establish Kontent.AI as a separate product and brand from Kentico. For the first time in a long time I feel that I have coworkers who care about me and my ability to succeed and who are open to hearing my thoughts and ideas. Kontent also offers an excellent health plan and generous PTO.

Establishing as a separate brand is a big challenge that requires lots of fast changes and comes with ups and downs. This is my third role working in a young company that is growing and establishing, and it can be challenging since it often takes some trial and error to figure out the strategy and the team that is going to work best.

Lots of autonomy and deep personal connections spanning teams and regions across the world. You have a lot of freedom to focus on personal development and are also empowered to work on projects that improve the company as a whole. The company has wonderful time off benefits and leadership truly values your quality of life and work life balance. They are very careful not to push people to burn-out.

Still experiencing some growing pains where certain roles have to wear "too many hats," but this should improve as more hiring initiatives and scaling up is successful over time.
