Pros
My team is very nice and helpful. My trainer for my training sessions is great. Excellent Communication within the team.
Cons
The training modules are helpful, but the reference guides should be provided before taking exams. New hires should be trained separately from those that already work here. Not sure if you have someone to shadow you after training to ensure that your moving in the right direction, but that will be determined at the end of my training.
