Pros
Healthcare plan is great, chance to interact with many people globally if you are high enough of a position. Managers are hit and miss, depends on your region but I had generally positive experiences with Inside Sales Managers.
Cons
No work from home time for most people,
New management for US sales came in and messed up the culture. Fired people seemingly at random, changed the entire organizational manager structure, and did so while delaying movement to a much needed larger office. Everyone left just feels scared and is holding out while they find something else.
