Some good staff at overseas head office.

Directionless company with egoistic and dumb management. Lack of practical and visionary thinking. Company working on same old project since years. Zero job stability. No proper hierarchy and aweful work environment full of bias and jealousy. Policies keep changing daily. No scope for any career advancement or to learn new skills.
