Everything else. Treated like crap by the crowd and managers, treated as cheap easily replaceable workers, not valued, underpaid, no contract, shady running of business and treatment of employees. Not worth it, unless you want something non-commital and part time. If you don't work, you don't get paid. Not a good job.
