      Great culture, great team, a product that is truly customer first. We listen to our customers and build for them. As a CSM this is amazing to be a part of.

      Cons

      With any start up, there are growing pains. When building teams fast there is always an adjustment of responsibilities/roles. We'll get there.

      Remote Upward Mobility Chance to make an impact Actual horizontal culture Cutting-edge start-up Komodor has been by far the best company I have worked for, with a lot of room for growth as long as you are actually producing, and a real culture of it doesn't matter your position on the totem pole, your input is still valued.

      The interview process was lengthy, but it was also delayed because of the holidays.
