Pros

-Company unapologetically invests in the latest and greatest tech stack & AI tools. -There are really smart people in every pocket of the organization. This creates a world where a curious person can learn A LOT outside of their day to day. -The product ambition is real and while there have been pivots, this creates an environment of innovation. -Ability to be creative in how you solve problems - this is a company that is late stage but has some start-up feel still...ambiguity is constant which I personally love (and fully acknowledge its an acquired taste) -Pay for performance - my personal experience has been great - my boss recognizes my work and provides me opportunities for stretch assignments + great comp

Cons

Silos across functions can create unnecessary tension and wasted time & cycles.
