Where to begin... When you first walk in the door, all you ever hear is how it's like a great big family ... I don't guess they are too far from the truth, they do go that extra mile to make you believe they truly care about you, your health, and your wellbeing, by telling you how great you're doing, to keep up the good work, and even propose plans to move you up in the company (but at a future date, of course). However, it's nothing more than smoke and mirrors, as upper/lower management, and even, a small handful of your peers, are more than willing to stab you back at a moment's notice. Top-tier employees are run into the ground, while low-tier employees are promoted on the spot. Working there is similar to working as a lifeguard on the beach, it seems great on the surface, but the moment you step foot in the water, you're swimming with sharks.
