Pros
- Good associates discount that can be combined with with other coupons (30% if you have a Kohls charge when it is available) - Very friendly coworkers! - Payday every Friday - Fast paste with scheduling, all my request off days were always approved.
Cons
- Managers can be a bit of a pain, they are pretty uptight. - Always pushing for credits - Not the friendliest when you call in (even if you said your grandma was in the hospital they never showed sympathy, they just said "ok" and hung up, this happened with my situation) - Hours given to me weren't the best. (Example: 10 am - 6 pm, not a fan of working throughout my entire day! this may vary for some people's preferences.) - I believe this job CAN be fun, but the amount of work that is expected to be done is not worth it really for the pay rate (I believe it is around $9.00 per hour). - Managers do tend to show favoritism, esp. to those who are really good in getting credits (obviously haha)
