Amazing colleagues who are talented and truly want to support other humans in building their skills around having critical conversations with clients, or students, or patients.
Cons
Every second is logged to some sort of ticket or code -- a system that everyone universally agrees adds needless stress. It's also constantly changing. Creatives are managed by a constant churn of new project managers, which leads to a lot of confusion and frustration. The people who were let go or who walked away were mostly BIPOC, LGBTQ and/or women. There were reasons for this.
