Casual Friday's and bagels and food once in a while. The company small and you will know everyone. That's all that one can say about pros for this company.
Cons
Horrible management. No formal training programs. No long term growth opportunities. Horrible horrible company overall. Plays favorites with employees. No way to learn except self teaching yourself. Doing pointless presentations. You learn through training shadowing people. Anyone would fall ASLEEP reading boring slides.
