      KFPA is a family focused business. It is a tight team that relies on each other for support and empowerment. Salaries are very competitive and employee appreciation is a top priority. Management strives to provide individual direction and a lasting career choice. Plus the people are a lot of fun!

      None so far. Issues are resolved fairly and timely.

      Love how everyone helps each other & pushes eachother to get better. Leadership actually leads by example and not just behind a desk.

      Everyone is respectful, management is actually fair/reasonable. Great environment to be work in, good values and standards

      Pay could be better, many sectors understaffed due to higher pay elsewhere / not high enough base pay for new hires
