Pros

Wonderful residents like most places. A strong team of dedicated professionals and caregivers. Salary is strangely structured as an hourly employee and requires punching a clock.

Cons

As census rose, my monthly activity budget shrank from $1,200 a month for around 100 residents to $800 for over 125 residents. The company advertises "luxury" living and charges for that yet there is no budget to pay outside speakers a small honorarium and just enough to cover weekly music and a few basic art supplies. They expect only volunteers and residents to fill the gaps. Memory Care residents paying over $10,000 per month for care are allotted $300 for activities when they actually need higher amounts to support more programming and lower staff resident ratios. The chefs are given well under $10 a day per resident for 3 meals. You can imagine the "luxury" living" quality for yourself. This family owned company does not practice what it preaches. Total misadvertising. Disappointing...mostly for the residents.

Pros

I love the Residents and my co -workers .

Cons

The Owners and Management do not care about you. They don’t give you extra help or staff. They admit anyone with a pulse so they can get paid monthly. The violent residents are awful.
