Pros
Spending time ahd getting to know the residents.
Cons
This is a terrible place to work. High turn over rate! No one stays longer then a month, they will hire anyone who walks in the door that needs a job. The hours are only suited for teenagers who do not have any bills to pay. The benefits are terrible high out of pocket costs and you can barely save enough time for sick or vaction days. There is no work life balance here they want you to be available 24/7 for very little pay. The nepotism is out rageous, the director promote’s immature under qualified employees to managment and they get to do whatever they please with out receiving any reprocussions or backlash, while other employees get written up for doing there job. I feel so bad for the residents, they pay retirement and life savings for below standard care. the care givers on duty are too busy on their phones wandering around or watching tv. The owner should really start over from scratch with his leadership teams who are the backbone of running his communities.
