      Pros

      Very independent. Satisfying to see everything completed at the end of the day. Having clean clothes is an easy way to maintain a person’s dignity, and I love being able to play a small role in caring for our residents.

      Cons

      Can be monotonous, plus on your feet all day.

      Pros

      I love the Residents and my co -workers .

      Cons

      The Owners and Management do not care about you. They don’t give you extra help or staff. They admit anyone with a pulse so they can get paid monthly. The violent residents are awful.
