Not that critical, but it would be good if there were more group dynamics and activities in the company that would bridge the distance provided by remote working and create more ownership within the employees.

There is no formal supervision. So is not expected for all consultants to conform to a standard set of qualifications. Helping values between the collegues and value in individual strengths.

Sometimes miss a little bit of structure in the project, and sometimes lack communication.
