-Working remotely can feel isolating at times, regular team check-ins help ease that disconnect. -Because the company moves quickly and best practices evolve, processes aren’t always clearly outlined. You need to be adaptable, proactive in learning new techniques, and willing to ask questions. -Not a traditional 9-5, during peak seasons and events, extra hours and travel are often required.

You were remote, got to travel to different cities, face to face with executives, leading roundtables.

Basically all the cons are managerial and just negative business functionality. The owners are a couple but they won’t tell you. Thats fine but there is no seperation church and state. Everyone has a “specific way to do things” but it is usually just Linkedin messaging so you are expected to come in and make the same if not higher quota numbers than the ladies who have been there for 4-5 years (who already know industry people and are connected and messaged before.) They also have random accounts for employees who tbh idk if all of them are real because we log into “their” google and linkedin accounts to message contacts which was weird and just felt like i was scamming in a round about way. It was advertised as a events role but it is a sales role. It really is just prospecting executive c levels in cybersecurity. Its fine if you enjoy prospecting but you better be at your computer every minute of every hour from 9-5 and if you step away you better log in that you are away and start the countdown timer. Overall, it felt like a unorganized mess, no structure, yet a “do it this way & idk why you arent making numbers if I am” mentality. They do well organizing round tables but truly it is a chaotic stressbubble working for them. Also, I think they have multiple reviews from those “fake gmails/ employees” so be weary of the messages using heavy (-) em dashes. (Only my opinion).
