Pros

The market it's placed in has quite good street food stalls. M38 Pizza is good. As for Company itself, salary comes on time. That's it, that's the only pro

Cons

No interaction allowed between BDs and SEs (you'll get a notice) No learning. Inconsistent Policies Most are only verbal (not even written) Don't do yearly contracts No transparency in commisions Micro-management

Pros

- No pros just bad energy.

Cons

– Constant pressure without regard for well-being leads to physical and mental exhaustion. – Employees are expected to be available at all times, with no respect for personal time or boundaries. – Negative energy spreads quickly, making everyone feel hopeless and disengaged. – People leave as soon as they can, causing constant disruption and loss of experienced staff. – Treating people like labor means ignoring their ideas, dignity, and basic human appreciation. – Instead of teamwork, employees are pitted against each other to "prove their worth." – Company-first policies prioritize output over development, so employees never advance. – Anxiety, depression, and stress-related illnesses become common. – Employees work out of fear of punishment, not motivation or purpose. – Policies benefit only leadership; employees are disposable and easily replaced. – Hard work goes unnoticed; only compliance is valued, not contribution. – Employees are paid as little as possible, with no raises or benefits beyond legal minimums. – Managers use threats, blame, or silence instead of feedback or support. – Over time, employees internalize that they are just cogs in a machine, harming their identity and confidence.

Pros

only perk is salary on time

Cons

overall experience was disappointing due to unclear and inconsistent company policies, which often created confusion and uncertainty. They bend their own rules when needed and threat if not followed
