Their guidance and encouragement have played a significant role in my professional development. Kochava offers hybrid working model and it really helps to maintain healthy work-life balance. I also appreciate the focus that the CEO places on the well-being and satisfaction of employees. I love how transparent things are, and everything is openly discussed with the rest of the organization in weekly tea meetings.
