Experience purely depends on reporting manager. No variable pay, most of it is in-hand salary. 30 leaves a year.
Cons
Do not encourage learning. There was huge firing across the globe. Career growth is stunted. Long term employees esp. USA one do not want work to come to India. Deep politics. Huge amount of low level support work. Long term employees are insecure about jobs and misguide new emp. No culture of peer support. Overall a better company than many if you can see who is there to help and who is misguiding.
