Thank you for sharing your feedback. We acknowledge we think differently about compensation at Koch, we don’t have pay grades, we focus on value created regardless of job title or tenure and we look at pay on an individual contribution basis. That may be different, but where we certainly need to continue to focus is on competing with the market in whatever industry we may hire employees. We may not be apples to apples in the how, but we certainly appreciate the thoughts you have shared as we value our talent and our goal is to ensure they are incentivized for their contributions.
