Pros
OPD is almost in a "rural setting" great for those who don't like to sit in constant traffic. the projects they do are usually large enough to keep people busy
Cons
certainly feels like a good old boy mentality to the point of its not what you can do and how well, but rather who you know. there is no emphasis on team building as well as an extreme lack of communication.
