The growth the company has seen over the last few years and the amount that is coming is remarkable. It appears that Koantek is truly in the right place at the right time. The CEO truly cares for their employees and has created a great culture!
Cons
As true with most companies at Koentek's size and company tenure, there are growing pains and many processes and procedures that still need to be created and put in place but this was communicated up front during the interview process and was expected.
