The only thing I truly enjoyed about working here was the people - excluding the higher-ups up to a certain level.
Cons
This place is definitely on its last legs. Company values? Absolutely non-existent. They've tried to make a big deal about it yet the layoffs have been consistent every few months for the past 2 years, including the most recent wave literally 2 days before Christmas. Leadership is way too busy patting each other on the back and spending the company money on holiday parties meant to stroke their own egos - all while announcing no salary increases / bonus for the year. RTO is basically forced because they value "collaboration" when in reality they just want to justify spending insane amounts of money on unneeded office space.
