Cons
Beyond CEO, the rest of leadership is a real weak link. It goes back to the culture thing...disagree or challenge paths of thought and it will be held against you. At times, it feels like a clique, and if you don't fall in line, you should move on. Comments about alcohol are dead on. If you don't think getting drunk is good team bonding, then this isn't your place. Great place for entry level positions, but experienced workers will find career growth challenging. Senior staff are either too overwhelmed to mentor, or are not properly trained on how (which is ironic as it's a company that measures training effectiveness)
