Pros
Loved the children and helping them to learn, it is what I went to college for! I also worked with a lovely bunch of ladies who made the work days manageable.
Cons
Didn't get paid anywhere near what I should and raises were not even 'cost of living.' Worked so hard and was rewarded with pieces of paper with stamped autographs as rewards! Turnover is horrible and every employee is expendable. If you deserve more money they don't care, they will find someone else no matter how good and dedicated you are!
