Disheartening experience - Anonymous employee Knowledge E Employee Review

It's sad because everyone seemed nice at first and then the tables turn. In addition to all the work you have to handle (have to wear multiple hats in a startup), managers delegate tiny tasks to you which they could honestly do themselves and then it ends up disrupting your workflow. So you end up working 12+hrs a day while management claims the work you're given should only take 8hrs (in their fantasy land). Lack of proper communication/feedback and unreal expectations.
