I have been with Knowledge Anywhere since 2016. It's the most positive and supportive work environment I've experienced. I have autonomy to do my job as I see fit without micromanaging which allows me to take ownership and pride in my work. I work remotely out of NJ and still feel connected to the team via Slack. Everyone is friendly and approachable. The overall culture is very positive, family comes first, and flexibility is granted when needed (family emergencies, appointments, illness, etc.). Management has adapted excellently to fully remote work during COVID, providing support to employees and offering added flexibility. Top benefits: • Bonuses • Summer Fridays (closing at 2pm from July-September) • Internal bonus app that allows you to give points to coworkers for a job well done and then you can cash in points for gift cards or charity donations • Fitness reimbursements • Free snacks and dogs (if you are in the Kirkland office)
