Good lunch. Office premises is very beautiful ( but very remote)
Cons
1. HR and Managers are just a designation as they are doing nothing . They are like golden zero. All power resides with CEO 2. You can be fired and forced to resign. 3. Too much interface by management. 4. 360 degree feedback system. Means it will be back to you only if you say something. 5. Variable pay is a myth here. You just hear about it and never sees it 6. Too much work pressure as once they say this is deadline, it is deadline. You don't have a say in it. 7. Some old employees are there who think world revolves around them. They are just coming to timepass for 9 hr and gossip and do politics 8. Last but not least. It is not a bad company.. It is the worst company
